Editorial Policy
Our commitment to accurate, transparent, and evidence-based health information.
Our Mission
Alternative Health Vibes exists to provide honest, evidence-based information about alternative health supplements. We believe consumers deserve transparent analysis of research, clear explanations of study limitations, and recommendations based on the best available evidence—not marketing claims.
We are neither supplement cheerleaders nor blanket skeptics. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions by presenting both the promise and the limitations of alternative health approaches.

E-E-A-T Principles
We follow Google's E-E-A-T guidelines (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness):
Experience
Authors have real-world experience with health research and supplement analysis
Expertise
Content is reviewed by licensed medical professionals with relevant credentials
Authoritativeness
We cite authoritative sources and link to peer-reviewed research
Trustworthiness
Transparent funding, clear disclosures, and honest presentation of limitations
What We Don't Do
- Exaggerate benefits: We present evidence as it exists, not as we wish it did
- Hide limitations: Study weaknesses are disclosed, not buried
- Cherry-pick data: We consider the full body of evidence, not just supportive studies
- Provide medical advice: We educate and inform; your healthcare provider advises
- Accept payment for coverage: No supplement company can pay for favorable reviews
